Apartment Rentals – Three day minimum stay- no pets allowed in Apartments
* All site rates are for 2 adults (over 55 years old) only. Extra person charges apply. Pets restricted to non-aggressive breeds only (list of restricted breeds is below). No tents, pickup campers, skoolies, RVs under 20 feet long, or pop-ups allowed. RVs must be 10 years old or newer and contain their own toilet.
** Rates are subject to change, especially during fall leaf season. Deposits are required.

For reservations more than 30 days out- you must call the office to reserve.
Lakewood RV Resort welcomes the following RV Types that are 10 years old or newer and at least 20 feet long:
Class A,B, or C (RV must contain it’s own toilet), 5th Wheels and Travel Trailers that contain their own toilet- all RVs must be at least 20 feet long.
Lakewood RV Resort does NOT allow: tents, pickup campers, skoolies, RVs under 20 feet long, or pop-ups.
